The Beat the Odds Scholarship is open to graduating seniors from public high schools in Oregon who have succeeded despite hardships. Students planning to attend a 4-year college or university are eligible to apply. Special consideration is given to first-generation college students. The program is a partnership between Stand for Children Oregon and The Renaissance Foundation.
