The Beat the Odds Scholarship is open to graduating seniors from Oregon public high schools who have succeeded despite hardships. First-generation college students planning to attend a 4-year college or university are eligible to apply. The program is a partnership between Stand for Children Oregon and The Renaissance Foundation.
