The Beckelman/Sutton Education Scholarship is available to undergraduate and graduate students at The University of Texas at Austin, School of Education, College of Liberal Arts, College of Fine Arts, or College of Natural Sciences, who desire to become a teacher and /or a coach. Students who participate in a teacher preparation program are eligible to apply. Special consideration is given to students involved in high school team activities such as athletics, band, choir, cheer, or drill team, students from Montgomery or Tarrant counties in Texas, and undergraduate students.
