The Beluga Tail Non-Fiction Writing Scholarship supports graduating seniors from schools within the Homer Foundation service area who demonstrate a passion for writing. Students who plan to pursue a 2- or 4-year degree, or participate in a nationally recognized writing program are welcome to apply.
