The Beluga Tale Fiction Writing Scholarship supports graduating seniors from schools within the Homer Foundation service area of Alaska who demonstrate a passion for writing. Students continuing their education through a 2- or 4-year institution or a nationally recognized writing program are encouraged to apply.
