The Benjamin A. Gilman International Scholarship - Spring is available to U.S. citizens with financial need who plan to study abroad or participate in an international internship program during their undergraduate career. Students who are pursuing proficiency in a critical need language are eligible for additional funding. Current undergraduates in the U.S. are welcome to apply.

Requirements
  • Have applied or been accepted into a credit-bearing study abroad or internship program in a country or area with a Travel Advisory Level 1 or 2 or a virtual international program
  • Seeking an associate or bachelor's degree in the U.S.

  • Demonstrate financial need by receiving the Pell Grant
