The Bernard and Edith Youngmark Scholarship is available to graduates of high schools in Harlan, Kearney, or Phelps County, Nebraska, or individuals employed in Phelps County. Students who have completed at least one year of postsecondary education in nursing or law enforcement, or have one year of work experience in these fields, are encouraged to apply.
