The Bernard and Edith Youngmark Scholarship is available to graduates from a Harlan, Kearney, or Phelps county high school, or who are employed in Phelps County in Nebraska. Students who have completed 1 year of postsecondary education in a nursing or law enforcement field of study or 1 year of work experience in those fields are encouraged to apply.
