The Bernie and Lorraine Trice Memorial Scholarship is available to U.S. citizens, U.S. permanent residents, or eligible noncitizens who are attending Tarleton State University. Undergraduate students who graduated from a high school in Erath or Hamilton counties in Texas, and who demonstrate financial need, leadership, community involvement, and strong moral character, are welcome to apply.
