Bertram Francis Scholarship

About the Scholarship

The Bertram Francis Scholarship supports incoming freshman students at Mansfield University studying in instrumental music. Special consideration is given to Pennsylvania residents, but if none qualify, an out-of-state student may be considered. Among equally capable students, the one with greater need receives priority.
