The Betts Family Scholarship is available to graduating seniors from Decatur Community High School in Oberlin, Kansas. Students planning to attend a trade or vocational school, or a 2- or 4-year college or university are welcome to apply. Recipients are chosen for their strong academic standing and demonstrated leadership through extracurricular activities and community service.
