The Betty Bell Scholarship for Kauai Women is for female students from Kauai in Hawai'i who have a strong work ethic and are in good academic standing. Recipients who demonstrate financial need are welcome to apply. Special consideration is given in the following order: students who are both working mothers and returning learners (students who may have started but did not complete a degree and are now returning for degree completion), working mothers, and returning learners.
