The Betty Campbell & Jeanette M. Crawley Scholarship supports students who attended Boise-Eliot/Humboldt Elementary School in Portland, Oregon, for three or more years as they continue their postsecondary education. Students who plan to enroll part-time at an Oregon college or university, or at an HBCU, are encouraged to apply.
