About the Scholarship

The Betty Ciampoli Oliver Scholarship is available for students who attended Woodstock Elementary School in Virginia Beach, Virginia, for at least three years. This scholarship also requires applicants who have graduated from high school and are seeking a degree at a college or university. Students who have demonstrated academic ability, volunteer service, voluntary or paid work experience, and extracurricular activities are encouraged to apply.
