TheBill and Fran Wylie Education Competition Scholarship is available to students in Hampshire County, West Virginia in grades 6 through 12 enrolled in a public or homeschool. Students participating in a West Virginia statewide or national educational competition such as a science fair, math, and robotics competition, FFA Convention, DECA, or Skills USA competition are eligible for consideration. This scholarship is a recommendation-only program.
