The Bill and Jody Harter Scholarship supports residents of Bartholomew County in Columbus, Indiana, who are graduating seniors or graduates of a Bartholomew County high school as they continue their postsecondary education. Students planning to attend or attending IU Columbus, Ivy Tech Community College Columbus, or Purdue Polytechnic Institute at Columbus are encouraged to apply.
