Requirements
  • This program is open to residents of the northern front range area of Colorado served by United Power.
  • Applicants must be either served by that cooperative or be the dependents of cooperative members.
  • They must be attending or planning to attend a public college or university in the state and major in engineering.
  • Strong involvement in community service activities is required.
  • Financial need is not considered in the selection process.
