The Bill Clapper Memorial Music Scholarship is awarded to students furthering their education in music. Applicants should be graduating seniors attending Monterey High School, who were members of the high school band, jazz band, or orchestra for a minimum of two years. Seniors recommended by the MHS School Band Director are encouraged to apply.
