The Bill Giles Legacy Scholarship is available to students at Tyler Junior College who are members of the TJC athletic program or performing group. Students seeking a professional certification, associate, or bachelor's degree are eligible to apply. Special consideration is given to students in the following order: 1. graduates of Van High School, Texas, 2. residents of TJC’s tax district, and 3. residents of TJC’s service area.
