The Bill Rabbit Legacy Art Scholarship provides financial assistance to members of the Cherokee Nation or United Keetoowah band in Adair, Cherokee, Craig, Delaware, Mayes, McIntosh, Muskogee, Ottawa, Rogers, Sequoyah, Tulsa, Wagoner, Washington, or Nowata counties in Oklahoma. Students seeking a bachelor's degree in fine arts, drawing, painting, sculpture, pottery, traditional beadwork, textiles, or art education are encouraged to apply.
