The Bill Waeltz Memorial Scholarship is awarded to Austin Community College students interested in transferring to a 4-year university to obtain a bachelor's degree, in civil engineering or a related engineering field. Students must demonstrate financial need. Round Rock ISD high school graduates receive special consideration.
