The Bill Young Memorial Scholarship is available to students seeking a bachelor's degree in the geomatics engineering program at California State University, Fresno, or the surveying/geospatial option of the civil engineering program at California State Polytechnic University, Pomona. Special consideration is given to students who are CSLA chapter members, current or former residents of Riverside or San Bernardino County, California, who aspire to a career in surveying and demonstrate financial need.
