The Blackwell–Walker Memorial Scholarship is open to females who are at least private pilots living in or being a permanent resident of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, or Tennessee. Students who plan to pursue flight training to have an aviation career are eligible to apply.
