The Blanche Payne Scholarship in Apparel or Fashion Design is available to undergraduate ITAA members seeking a degree in apparel or fashion design. Students with an accepted research paper in the field of design or an accepted design for the upcoming ITAA Annual conference/meeting are welcome to apply.
