The Blue Collar Scholarship is available to students from the New Valley region of Virginia whose parent or immediate family works in the automotive, construction, manufacturing, skilled labor, or commercial trucking industry. Students who demonstrate financial need and academic strength are welcome to apply. Special consideration is given to current college students.
