The Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Oklahoma Health and Wellness Academic Scholarships provide financial assistance to high school seniors who exhibit at the Oklahoma Youth Expo (OYE). Students who plan to attend college in Oklahoma to prepare for a career in medicine focused on rural health and wellness are eligible to apply.
