The Blue Wolfe Scholarship supports first-generation Oregon students, including GED recipients, as they continue their postsecondary education. Students who plan to enroll at least part time at an Oregon public college or university are encouraged to apply.

  • Demonstrate financial need Preference is given to students who are at least 34 years old, have job experience, have a GPA of 2.503.00 and a College GPA of 3.00+, and are parents.
