The BNSF Railway Company Collegiate Scholarship is open to FFA members who are graduating seniors or college students from California, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota, or Texas. Members pursuing a certificate or degree in an area of the Agriculture, Food, and Natural Resources (AFNR) career pathways are encouraged to apply.

  • Member of Future Farmers of America
  • Minimum 3.00 GPA
  • Graduating senior from a high school in California, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota, or Texas or college student from those states
  • Seeking a professional certification, associate, or bachelor's degree in an area of the AFNR career pathways (agribusiness, animals, biotechnology, environmental service, food products and processing, natural resources, plants, or power, structure, and technology)
