Requirements
  • This program is open to veterans with an honorable discharge and current members of the Army, Navy, Marine Corps, Air Force, Space Force, Coast Guard, National Guard, or Reserve Component.
  • Applicants must be enrolled at an accredited college, university, or vocational/technical school and working full or parttime on a certificate, associate, bachelor's, or graduate degree.
  • They must have graduated from high school with a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
  • Special consideration is given to applicants who demonstrate leadership or mentoring qualities through participation in extracurricular or civic activities in school or their communities.
  • They must be receiving less than 100% VA Benefits toward higher education.
