The Borton-Strand Scholarship is offered to graduating seniors and graduates of Highland or West Valley High Schools in Washington whose parents are employed in an orchard or tree fruit warehouse. Students planning to pursue a degree at Heritage University, Perry Technical College, or Yakima Valley College are encouraged to apply.
