The Boulé Education Initiative Scholarship is available to graduating high school seniors or community college transfer students from San Diego County, California. Students who have high attendance rates at BEI/Links events and workshops and demonstrate commitment to serving their communities are encouraged to apply.

  • Participate in extracurricular activities, community service, or work
  • Demonstrate financial need
