The Brian A. Semple Memorial Scholarship is awarded to graduates of public school high schools in Midland County, Texas who plan to take or have recently completed a defensive driving course. Students who plan to attend Midland College, a public four-year college or university in the state of Texas, an accredited law enforcement academy, or the Texas State Technological Institute are welcome to apply.
