The Brian A. Semple Memorial Scholarship is awarded to graduates of public high schools in Midland County, Texas, who plan to take or have recently completed a defensive driving course. Students who plan to attend a four-year public college or university in Texas, an accredited law enforcement academy, or the Texas State Technological Institute are welcome to apply.
