The Brigadier General Morgan S. Tyler Scholarship is available to senior students from public high schools in Polk County, Florida, who participate in community service. Members of the Civil Air Patrol or JROTC who are seeking a professional certification, associate, or bachelor's degree are eligible to apply. Special consideration is given to students who have earned the Earhart Award.
