The C. Valentine Bates Memorial HOPE Scholarship offers financial assistance to graduating high school seniors in Florida. Students who demonstrate leadership through participation in school activities, community service, and citizenship are encouraged to apply. Special consideration is given to students who have shouldered extra responsibilities such as working throughout their high school career to help provide support for siblings or family.
