The C. Valentine Bates Memorial HOPE Scholarship offers financial assistance to graduating high school seniors in Florida. Students who demonstrate leadership through participation in school activities, community service, and citizenship are encouraged to apply. Special consideration is given to students who have taken on additional responsibilities, such as working during high school to help support their family or siblings.

Planning to attend school in the U.S.
