Cady McDonnell Memorial Scholarship provides financial assistance for undergraduate study in surveying to female members of the National Society of Professional Surveyors (NSPS) from designated western states.

Requirements
  • This program is open to women who are NSPS members and enrolled full or part-time at a 2- or 4-year college or university in any state.
  • Applicants must be residents of Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Utah, Washington, or Wyoming.
  • They must be majoring in surveying or a closelyrelated program (e.g., mapping, surveying engineering, geographic information systems, geodetic science).
  • Selection is based on that statement (30%), academic record (30%), letters of recommendation (20%), and professional activities (20%); if 2 or more applicants are judged equal based on those criteria, financial need might be considered.
