Requirements

This program is open to American Indians and Alaskan Natives who live in California and are enrolled as undergraduates or graduate students at a college or university in the state.

Applicants must be working on a degree in cultural resources preservation, including (but not limited to) archaeological field schools or programs, language revitalization, anthropology, or American Indian studies.

They must be able to document completion of community service within the previous 12 months.

Undergraduates must have a GPA of 2.75 or higher and graduate students must have a GPA of 3.5 or higher.
