Requirements
  • This program is open to undergraduate and graduate students enrolled at California colleges and universities who are interested in studying real estate brokerage, real estate finance, real estate management, real estate development, real estate appraisal, real estate planning, real estate law, or other related areas of study.
  • Applicants must have completed at least 12 units prior to applying, be currently enrolled for at least 6 units per semester or term, have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher, and have been legal residents of California for at least 1 year.
  • Real estate licensees who wish to pursue advanced real estate designations, degrees, or credentials are also eligible.
