The California Retired Teachers Association - Mabel Outler Scholarship supports students at California State University - Long Beach who are preparing to teach elementary school. Students who are interested in serving the education needs of economically deprived youth who are studying in the Multiple Subject Credential Program (MSCP), Single Subject Credential Program (SSCP), or Education Specialist Credential Program (ESCP) through the Integrated Teacher Education Program (ITEP) are eligible to apply.
