The California Rodeo Salinas Scholarship is for members and families of members of the Salinas Rodeo Committee. Applicants are reviewed for academic achievements and extracurricular activities. Students planning to attend college full-time are encouraged to apply. Students from Monterey County, California, and those with a history of volunteering with Salinas Rodeo receive special consideration
