California Table Grape Field Worker Scholarship provides financial assistance to the children of California table grape field workers who are interested in attending a college in the state.

Requirements
  • This program is open to high school graduates or seniors graduating in June.
  • They, or their parents, must have worked in either of the 2 previous California table grape harvests.
  • Farmers and their families, raisin and wine grape workers, students currently enrolled in college, permanent staff and members of the California Table Grape Commission and their families, and commission suppliers are not eligible.
  • Applicants must intend to attend a 2 or 4-year college or university in California as a full-time student.
  • Selection is based on academic performance, financial need, obstacles overcome, leadership ability and/or community service, and ability to succeed.
  • Preference is given to applicants who express a commitment to a future in agriculture and/or a career in the table grape industry.
