Requirements

This program is open to seniors graduating from high schools in Monterey, San Benito, San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara, or Santa Cruz counties in California.

Applicants must be planning to enroll at a college, university, community college, or trade school in the state.

They must be majoring in a field to prepare for a career in transportation (e.g., engineer, project manager, transportation planner, environmental planner, archaeologist, land surveyor, mechanic, electrician, landscape architect, biologist, computer scientist, office technologist).

Financial need is not considered in the selection process.
