Requirements
  • This program is open to seniors graduating from high schools in Fresno, Kern, Kings, Madera, or Tulare counties in California and planning to enroll at a college, university, junior college, or trade school in any state.
  • Applicants must be planning to prepare for a career in a transportationrelated field (e.g., accounting, anthropology, archaeology, animal or plant biology, business administration, communications, construction, electrical, engineering, environmental science, equipment operations, graphic design, human resources, information technology, landscaping, legal, planning, project management, real estate, surveying).
  • They must have a GPA of 2.5 or higher.
  • Selection is based on academic record and commitment to a career in transportation; financial need is not considered.
