The Camilla Rosefield Fraser Scholarship supports first-generation graduates of Oregon high schools, including GED recipients and home-schooled students, as they continue their postsecondary education. Students pursuing nursing who plan to enroll at least at an Oregon public college or university are encouraged to apply. Special consideration is given to students who are 26 years of age or older.
