The Cantonment Rotary Club Ted Ciano Vocational Endowed Scholarship is available to students at Pensacola State College who are residents of Northwest Florida. Students seeking a professional certification, associate, or bachelor's degree in manufacturing design & fabrication are eligible to apply. Special consideration is given to students in the following order: 1. vocational secondary school graduates from engineering technology courses, 2. students considered highly qualified by the Department Head of the Engineering Technology Department.

  • Attend Pensacola State College
  • Seeking a professional certification, associate, or bachelor's degree full or parttime
  • Studying manufacturing design & fabrication
  • U.S. citizen, conditional permanent resident, not a U.S. citizen, or permanent resident
  • Demonstrate financial need Preference is given to students in the following order: 1. vocational secondary school graduates from engineering technology courses, 2. students considered highly qualified by the Department Head of the Engineering Technology Department.
