The Capital Women's Network - Dr. Mary L. Pankowski Scholarship is offered to nontraditional students attending Tallahassee State College after an academic break lasting at least 5 years. Residents of Gadsden, Leon, and Wakulla counties in Florida are welcome to apply. Additional consideration is provided to women returning to school.
