The Captain Jesse Ozbat "Honor Above All" Scholarship supports graduating seniors or graduates of Prince George High School, Virginia who demonstrate financial need. Students participating in extracurricular activities and community service who demonstrate good citizenship are welcome to apply. Members of the Junior ROTC program, students interested in joining ROTC at the college level, and those who excel in or are seeking a degree in mathematics receive special consideration.
