The Captain Robert C. Sorensen Endowed Scholarship is offered to students attending or planning to attend Florida State College at Jacksonville who are pursuing a professional certification or associate degree. Graduating high school seniors or undergraduate students studying fire fighting, paramedical studies, or emergency medical treatment are welcome to apply. Additional consideration is provided for students demonstrating financial need.
