CARH Scholarship provides financial assistance for college to high school seniors and graduates who reside in member properties of the Council for Affordable and Rural Housing (CARH).

Requirements
  • This program is open to graduating high school seniors and students who received a high school diploma or equivalent within the past 5 years, even if they have been out of school.
  • Applicants must be U.S. citizens or permanent residents who live in a CARHmember property.
  • They must be enrolled or planning to enroll fulltime at an accredited 2- or 4-year college, university, or vocational program.
  • Selection is based on that essay, academics (GPA and standardized test scores), work experience, a detailed statement of educational goals, extracurricular and volunteer activities, extraordinary circumstances, advanced placement courses or other collegelevel courses taken, and financial need.
