The Carol and Floyd Hayner Scholarship supports residents and graduates, including GED and home-schooled students, from Jackson and Josephine counties in Oregon as they continue their postsecondary education. Students who plan to enroll at least part-time at a public college or university in Jackson or Josephine County and are studying a business or professional field are encouraged to apply. Special consideration for nontraditional students and students studying and pursuing a business or professional-related field.
