The Carol Stephens SWE Region F Scholarship is offered to members of the Society of Women Engineers who are pursuing a bachelor's or graduate degree. College sophomores, juniors, seniors, and graduate students are welcome to apply. Primary consideration is given to applicants attending school in SWE Region F, including the states of Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New York, Rhode Island, and Vermont. Secondary preference is provided for students who are residents of the states listed above. Additional consideration is provided for applicants demonstrating financial need.
