The Carolina Panthers Players Sam Mills Memorial Scholarship is available to graduating seniors of Mecklenburg County, North Carolina, and Spartanburg County, South Carolina, who demonstrate achievement in varsity sports. Students seeking a bachelor's degree will be considered. Nomination from a high school principal or headmaster is required.
