The Carolyn Morrison Scholarship is available to students from rural high schools. Students planning to pursue professional certification, associate, or bachelor's degree are eligible to apply. Recipients are chosen for their strong academic standing. Special consideration is given to students from the Highlands of Tennessee (Overton, Putnam, and White counties).
